Happy Friday everyone! It was a happy surprise when I stepped on the scale. I had a protein bowl from Taco H3ll last night, so I figured I would be up. It will probably hit tomorrow. No leg workout last night. I just couldn't do it. I'm much better today so they will be done tonight. It's supposed to be beautiful sunshine this weekend and I plan on yard work again. I'm putting flagstone in my flower bed to alleviate some of the grass and weeds that come up. It will make it much more manageable. A little funny for today. Time to make my appointment before it comes to this. Stay safe, stay sane and stay kind to yourself and others.

My husband cut his own hair the other day and now he feel he doesn’t need to go to a barber ever again . What a shit show. So yeh lol

Enjoy your garden work! I absolutely love when "exercise" had meaning other than fitness. A reason to walk somewhere or... A path to create. I've been so thankful for a yard and flower gardens!

I have my moments of eehhh and not so positive behavior but I try for the most part to be positive. It's a much better mental and physical health way to live.
