Made bad choices. Family wanted to order in Chinese food and I caved.
65,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 1,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Dam soy sauce. I’m salivating at the thought of Chinese food right now, I’ve moved from New York City Rhode Island, and Rhode Island has the most horrid Chinese food ever.

Weight has stayed up despite several days of back to normal eating. I guess that's just what I am now. Age gracefully? Not thrilled but something has really really changed. I'm grateful for this community. Seems like many of us share similar experiences, priorities and emotions. I guess that's what community means.
