The gain is expected. I haven't been tracking and I've been doing some serious emotional eating. It's been a rough week.
On the positive side though, I found a route that goes all the way to the greenway/running trail from my house - all on sidewalk. It's 3.5 miles to get there, and the trail is 8 miles long, so I have plenty of space to run.
