I've done so horridly over the past few days. I'm back up to damned near 240 lbs again. UGH. Anyway, I made new incentive calendars for between now and Christmas. I WILL get down to my goal or very close to it by Christmas. The goal is to be under 215 by the way. I know that's a lot of weight to lose (25 lbs) in only 7 weeks, but I feel that if I work REALLY hard, there's NO reason I can't see it... or at least be VERY close to it (218-220).
The way I see it, I've been "not" dieting for the past couple of months. I've been sneaking in candy and treats galore, so if I get back on track strictly, I should lose more in the beginning... (maybe 3-4 lbs a week?) like I did when I first started dieting.

I put my calendars on the pantry, btw. I figure if I have to weigh in EVERY DAY and write it on the outside of my pantry where anyone can see when they come over, I may have more of an incentive to actually lose!
