Had a great surprise with weight loss even though I thought I would gain had a massive sweet tooth, but baked sweets not fruit sweet. Found a brilliant work around, grabbed the protein powder, a breakfast bowl. 1 protein powder spoon level, same spoon level wholewheat flour, 1 small whole egg or egg whites if you prefer, quater cup water. 2min in nuke machine. and there you go sweet protein cake. 200-250 calories give or take depending wholewheat flour and whole egg vs egg whites. and bloody filling. 😤😤😄
