I DID IT!!!! :D I reached my goal of weighing 170 or less by October 31st! YAY!!!!!
Oi, today was a really high calorie day. I had cashew crunch mix, and pumpkin seeds. They were so good! then I ate dinner, then had a turkey, cheese and lettece roll up, then had PB&J with milk. I pigged out tonight! But thats okay. It was sooooo good. and I didnt make myself sick. I knew when to stop. Tomorrow I am going to get up, eat and get on the tredmil. I am going to do my full work out. And I'm looking forward to it after a great day off.
