Below 190. Wohoo! Last two weeks I have cut out dairy as an experiment. Cut out caffeine after noon. And increased fats. Maybe it's water weight fluctuating? But I'll recheck in another week. Until then I will take the small victory

I cut dairy a few years ago and it made a huge difference. I only use a tad of milk in coffee when I'm out of almond milk

that's not small! Congrats! I tell ya, if I shelter in place for another 2 weeks, I'm going to cut dairy out too, because it'll all be gone. :D But so will eggs, and that'll really hurt. (though I have 2/3 of a deer in the freezer, so I guess venison steaks will be breakfast and really, who could kvetch about that?)
