Not surprising. Sunday was a bad day. Emotionally speaking, I felt super off balance. I wanted to emotionally eat, and consciously made the choice to do so. Over 2000 calories later, here I am.
I did eat super healthy yesterday, and will try to keep it up for the rest of the month. I also managed a 7 mile run last night. I have less than 2 weeks to reach my Feb goal of 143.8, and I'm a ways off.
