I can not wait for warm weather to be out in! I agree that is it so much easier to lose or even maintain when there is stuff to do outside! 😁

I'm happy I put just a tiny bit of weight on because I was losing weight too fast! I look way better at 177 than I do 3 months ago at 177 lbs. I got up to I believe 192, but didn't put that in the records after Christmas. I weighed 187 the next day so declared it a fluke or something.

Glad you are feeling you have things figured out. I'm gonna guess most of us were up after the holidays, but getting it back down is the key. Good for you! Hang in there man! We are all in this together!
