Bike 60 Stretching 35 with SOS Strap all stretches 10 seconds x 3 each leg -Outer thigh laying -Inner thigh laying -Quadriceps and Hip Flexors on raised surface -Quadriceps and Hip Flexors Laying -Inner Calf laying -Outer Calf laying -Outer Hamstrings laying -Inner Hamstrings laying Went to Rose's Fish Market in Seabrook this morning, which is on the other side of the freeway from where I currently live. Bought some sushi quality salmon, shrimp, and catfish. Then took a walk down memory lane. I lived in Seabrook in the 1970's and moved back to the area as an adult in the 1990's (not now). The waterfront picture is from Seabrook looking at the Kemah Boardwalk, which wasn't there in the 1970's. Our house was 5 minutes from NASA, and there is a picture of the building my father worked in. The weather was overcast, but comfortable 75 degrees. Happy memories! Hope your day was great! It's all changed so much since the '70s, NASA too. My brother-in-law worked there for over thirty years, beginning about 1966.

My dad was there then too! I remember we said we're not sure if they met. They were there when the first man was on the moon, Apollo 13, Skylab, and the shuttle missions. 😍
