I’ve always wanted things to happen fast I guess I was more disappointed with the first week
I haven’t weighed for 2 weeks previously and was out with a friend on the middle Saturday and it messed everything up

I’ll be fine when I lose 3kg I will be back to what I was a few months ago but I guess I lost 19kg in first 6 months of my diet and I think I thought it would always be that easy

Thank you so much only 6.8kg to go stopped early before due to some family members suggesting that I don’t lose anymore weight so I second guessed myself and then stopped and didn’t maintain the weight I had lost but this time will be different
