Thank you so much. I must be carryìng the weight differently as im a size 14 when i have been this weight before ive been bigger. Definitely harder to lose since 3rd and im over 30 now. All worth it tho

32 now i feel older i ache from the gym. Yeah im on pinch of nom page and people on there are losing shocking amounts so makes my 2 look small but its 2lb less than i was i need to remember that
