I am pleasantly surprised by the drop! After all I did eat nearly 10 donuts and 2 Chinese food meals over the weekend. I went to the gym last night and worked upper body. I didn't get to do bench, db bench or db ohp. They were never free. I did quite a bit of rows and over head press with the EZ bar and the t-bar row :D This morning I warmed up with lat pulls and rows. Then I did deadlifts <3 <3 I worked up to 80% of my max (125#). Finished off with seated leg curls and ab work. When I got home I started cleaning up in the bathroom and found out that my 10 year old just started her period!!! 😯 I can't believe it!!! She just turned 10 on tuesday. My baby is growing up 😭😭😭😭😭 I rushed to the school with pads and chocolate 😂 I'm heart broken that she didn't tell me. I asked her why she didn't say anything and she said she didn't know 😣 We haven't had the talk yet or talked about periods. She's so young I didn't think it was time. My older daughter started when she was 12 so I thought I had at least a year 😑 They grow up too quick!! This is my baby on saturday. She had me do her makeup :D

WOW!! Poor baby. Only 10! Girls seem to be earlier and earlier, my niece was 9!! Crazy!! Hope she’s ok, and you are ok Dawnie! ❤️ Hard to see our babies grow so fast.

Pretty as her mama! I know my 9yodd will start next year. Not looking forward to it at all. I've talked to her and she knows. I don't think she's ready tho'. :/

Awe thanks guys 🥰🥰🥰 I tried to get home from work before she fell asleep but I ended up getting home late. This schedule is killing me. 3-4 days a week I only see my kids for 30 minutes to an hour before they go to school and even less time before they go to sleep (if at all) 😭😭

We are both adjusting 😅 I found a cute informative video on getting your period and going through puberty. We talked a bit and she seems at ease. This morning she put on a cute little dress and was giggling at her self in the mirror watching the skirt puff out into a big bowl 😂😂 still my silly little girl 🥰
