Thanks for your support! I really appreciate it. My first goal is to get my macros in line. This is my first goal because I think in doing that, I will loose weight. I really need to get my diet in order. Right now, I'm way over in fat and carbs and under in protein. I'm loosing muscle mass that I can't afford to loose. Unfortunately, I have to have rotator cuff surgery sometime in the next 3 weeks. Talk about sedentary!
