Day 3 of Phase 1....I think I have been doing good so far. I have not eaten any foods with sugar since Monday. I am trying really hard not to give into my temptations. It is challenging to watch what I eat but I already feel better by eating healthy. We had some really good chicken curry last night with steamed cauliflower(to take place of the missing rice). It was delicious! I also bought a Nalagene water bottle and have been drinking lots and lots of water. So far so good!!
83,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 13,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.

It sounds like you are off to a great start! Try to stick to Phase 1 as close to the letter as possible, when you think about it for a while, there are thousands of interesting combinations. And it just gets better from there... :-)
