I slept for almost 10 hours last night.. TOM ALWAYS makes me exhausted.. BUT it did not make me gain any, thank God! I'm not working out this morning, but I will be going on a walk this afternoon. I'm not really feeling up to par with my allergies kicking my butt, and my back is stiff and sore from sleeping in one position the entire night on a crappy old mattress.
But a new low today! :) YAYY!. I'm off to make some "Crepes" for breakfast, and some delicious french vanilla coffee.
