Phase 1 hasn't been as hard this time. I am really looking forward to having some fruit and the occasional whole grain bread though. I'm starting to really notice a difference in my stomach area. Feeling a lot better already. MONDAY IS MY TWO WEEKS AND ON TO PHASE 2. WOOHOO!!
