I love how even if I slip up, exercise can help diminish any and all of the problem, and then a good shower.
Even though I had that pecan brittle, I realized that if I didn't eat as much of it as I did, I could have shown a bigger loss. Ahh, next weigh in. :)
I had a great breakfast this morning.. 3 egg whites, fat free cheese, lowfat ham, zucchini, onion, and mushrooms, all in a lovely scramble. I don't think I ever get tired of eggs. What I love is that I can make "Crepes" out of them, and indulge in something sweet for breakfast too, if i want. I think though, for the morning sweet fix is my coffee, splenda, and sugar free creamer.
I AM going to workout today, but I'm not doing a walk. My knee needs a little recovery time, so I'll give it a day off. OH speaking of recovery, my abs and my obliques are SOO sore from yesterday's new ab workout. But it's a nice sore-ness. :) I welcome pain from a good workout.
