I think I read your post wrong at first. It sounded like you put mayonnaise on Doritos and now put ketchup and mustard on them. But then I figured you mean you cut out both Doritos and mayonnaise. Years ago I started putting mustard on deli type sandwiches instead of mayonnaise. Makes a difference.

Substitute sour cream, or better yet plain yogurt for the mayo. Looks like it and provides moisture to foods without changing the taste as much as ketchup or mustard. I make my own salad dressings with one or both.

mustard the zero calorie buddy! yay! Good work. Sorry about those migraines I can so relate!! I think mine were from a too low of calorie intake so up it went. Hope you get that resolved migraines are the worst. Glad to see your progress.

@mrsroboto, Pickles have been my way of curbing appetite. I also take a shot of pickle juice if I grow hungry between meals now and it does a great job of curbing my appetite. You have to find the snappy ones though. Sometimes its a hit or miss with pickles.
