Better than I expected. Spent the weekend in Green Bay tailgating and football game. I stayed away from carbs as much as possible and still in ketosis according to the Keto sticks. I’ll take losing .5 pounds as a victory this week. It was nice to have alcohol again..... just sayin 🤪
