Damn the holidays. And this is actually down from early January. Started logging food again, shooting for 225 by Valentines.
106,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 29,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 32,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

As much as I so want to rid myself of the leash, I know I'm not ready ~ I'll probably log for a long time. It seems to be the only thing keeping me accountable.

Definitely. I seem to be mostly decent at staying about the same for long periods, but when I do hit sugar, it's like a drug now, and I spend the rest of the day scarfing sugary products, enough to add a couple of pounds a day. And to lose, I do seem to need to stay with the site.

Welcome back! I hope the sugar cravings are gone. Holidays are just too hard, with all the tempting goodies... But it's over now!

Yeah, the holidays sucks when it comes to eating. I'm still trying to control my cravings for sweets. I know you will reach your goal by valentines!!
