I'm guessing the weight gain is from the work trip last week. I ate out every night, and while most of the time I tried to eat healthy (salad for lunch), I also had wine and heavier food.
It seems like the running is doing almost nothing for me. Maybe it's the fact I'm getting older, or maybe I'm not as good about eating as I think I am, but I've only managed to lose about 5lbs this year. It's just frustrating.
Back to tracking food now that I'm back home!
