It's crazy I was slacking on logging my food, not the reason for the gain I still ate according to my calories, life just gets hectic sometimes. What was funny is I felt guilty not logging my food! Lol.. I guess it's become a habit, a good one of course. Things have calmed and I've been logging all week.
86,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 2,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
