Back out of 200HELL. Did not exercise yesterday, sat st jury selection to only not be chosen And it’s just raining and raining here. NO alcohol, two days running. Ate healthy, but having a hard time getting to the 1200 amount with out the alcohol.
90,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 12,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
