Finally made it below the 80 mark! Keto egg fast was instrumental in making it happen. I woud be sooo much further if i didint let the weekend derail me. Ate waay more than I know I should have.
Going into a meat and egg version this week. Had a slight cheat with veggies though. But no more for the rest of the week. We will see what the rest of the week holds
