Yesterday I walked the mall with a friend before we went to see a movie. We went to Panera Bread afterwards for dinner. My OMAD was half salad and a bowl of soup, plus we split a cookie. Low calorie day. :-)
I did not do the 48 hour fast since she wanted to eat. It will happen, I have a plan. :-) But not for at least 1.5 weeks
This morning I treadmilled before work because vacation starts at 4 for me. Yay vacation!
On a side E note, he is down 5 lbs! He does not love OMAD as much as I do, and as I have said, he does not fast because he still drinks his extra extra coffee every day, plus fruit. He says OMAD is horrible and he hates not eating but he is not making his oatmeal at work anymore, nor taking/buying lunches. That is on him. I tell him that everytime he complains. I think he just likes to complain because this is the first time ever that he has ever restricted his calories.
Thankful: I love my job, and my coworkers (most days), and especially my boss. She has made me a better worker. I know not everyone has that. I feel very lucky.
Goal for day: A quick grocery shopping w E, and than gaming. And I might just attack him too. :-) Vacation!
Positive Thoughts: I have a very busy and physical week planned. I know I will eat more than usual, but it will work out. I got this!
