I have been in a calorie deficit for 45 straight weeks now. Starting calories were 2200, closer to 1800 now that my body weight has gone down.
I continue to follow OMAD, meeting minimum 160g protein 70g fat and the remaining ~550 calories of whatever I please (130g of carbs mainly in form of potatoes, pasta, bread, dough, sweets, etc).
