Just thought I'd put it down.. Turns out, eating all that sushi did me some good, considering I was starving by late afternoon.
I think one of the ways to do this thing successfully is to 1) limit breads.. but I still manage to eat something whole grain every day, and 2) keep calories within 1300 range.. Well, that and keep uber busy. The only time I sit down now a days is to eat, update my food/exercise calendar, and to drive. Well, and to rest a little while. I just love being active. I haven't worked out yet today, but I will! I discovered the exercise channel on demand here at my friend's house.. so I might try that this afternoon. They've even got Carmen Electra on there (I have yet to receive my dvd that I ordered..) so, it sounds like a plan. Maybe while Owen's napping later.. We didn't get up until 8 this morning (that's pretty late than normal) so, I just had coffee this morning while he ate, and I just now ate at 11.. I'll just snack for my "Afternoon" meal.
Have I mentioned how much I love this losing weight thing? LOL, what's funny is I just realized that my numbers for this week look drastic (29.8 lbs a week??), but it's not.. Just luck.
