I had gained 41 pounds and weighed 153 pounds, I began my weight loss journey in January 2018, I lost 30 pounds while on the Nutrisystem program. After the weight loss, I tried regular foods along with trying to wean myself off of the Nutrisystem foods and I gained 14 pounds back. I did have a DNA test done, it shows that I carry the FAT GENE, which I kind of knew I had because all my life my weight bounced up and down. I also have wheat intolerance. With that said, I am now watching my carb intake as I will continue eating healthy foods. I am unable to exercise regularly as my husband is disabled and my days are consumed with taking care of his needs.

I lost weight with "regular" Nutrisystem, then regained. When I tried the diabetic version, I did not lose. I was diagnosed T2D, then switched to keto WOE about 18 months ago, lost the weight and now can keep it off. My numbers are all normal now, but I'm not going back to SAD!
