According to my scale, I weighed 326 this morning. I believe that my Dr's digital P.O.S. scale is like 7-10lbs off. That or my crocs I wore weigh like 7lbs. LOL

ANYWAY, I've noticed a big difference in my clothing. It's loose and falling off lol. Shirts I once had to stretch to get over my rump are now fitting with ease right off the hanger.

I don't want to get too excited, this could be a fluke..just sayin. =)

147,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,8 kg. Nog te gaan: 75,3 kg. Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Scales are all calibrated differently so you can weigh something different on each one. Doctors are supposed to calibrate their scales regularly because so many people weigh on them and they don't always do it. So your best bet is to stick with one scale as your "official" scale to best gauge your weight loss.
