Yes, my weight is up, a result of 3 days of splurging on various things (wine, chocolate eggs, Ben & Jerry's, plus the leg of lamb and gravy!). Today it is back to the program. I have 4 more days to exercise, eat the way I'm supposed to, and try and eke out a weight loss for the week. I am strong. I can do this.
