Good morning all. Thank you for the advice and comments yesterday. Exercise is still a bit of a challenge, but I'm doing PT, cardio or lifting everyday for 40 min. Intensity needs to ramp up a bit. I'd like to get down a bit lower on body fat so I can fit my clothes better. then maybe I can increase calories. My goal is to increase. metabolism, i.e. lifting.
