Still diligent with intermediate fasting. 2 meals first at 1 pm second at 5 pm I cup of coffee around 10am with heavy whipping cream from now on it will be black. I not hopeful for big number like it should be but this is my life I will eat like this for the rest of it maybe on my death bed I will reach goal. Number one on my bucket list. The only thing on my bucket list.
