Weight holding steady, but feeling making progress. Stayed within all my eating parameters except carbs today (over by 48g)but the overage is still quite a bit less than it has been. My night time blood sugar is a respectable 118 mg/dl despite bread pudding for dessert due to intense salsa dancing for an hour prior to dinner. Talked to my MD re: decreasing meds and she says if my A1C comes back decent we can consider it. Now that would be real progress.
