I fell three times in one day, think I pulled my hamstring because it was very difficult to stretch my leg out. It’s still sore but I’m heading back to the gym for a light workout. I haven’t been there since I hurt my leg two weeks ago. Losing this weight is a real struggle but I’m determined to do it.
