Mornin'! Been quiet... mostly because there was no movement on the scale, too much going on and mostly the same complaining. HOWEVER, I finally finished gigs, had time to rehab the knee, and I'm back in the gym. ...and here's something new: Did you know you can get Shingles and have no rash?? Yep. Are you wondering how I know? I swear to God I can't be normal. Oh... and for those of you who remember the fiasco, I got a new GYN! She was wonderful. She immediately did an ultrasound to look for the mass no one told me about (discovered on a CT scan from 2015!), measured all the fibroid tumors to watch, and confirmed I am peri-menopausal.
