WWOOHOOO! Only 3 days in and 1 lb lost! It's probably my body going into shock from eating right and Moving! lol Yeah me, I needed this today :)

I have been drinking around 4 cups of smoothies everyday for the past few days just fruit a little yogurt and milk and it must be detoxing my body because I have lost 3 lbs in just a couple of days. I also have been trying to cut out meat and that has helped me feel a lot more energetic too. I dunno know if this helps any or if it will work for you but it has for me so ya.
