haven't gone #2 since sat am so not surprised. took 2 laxatives with my coffee. protein fast day 1. plan on still fasting 18hrs a day, which will be an adjustment from omad.
53,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

1 for lunch amd 1 for dinner. Ive done 66hr fasts only coffee tea and water so it cant be toooo bad right? Haha

A lot of people fast. Go read and educate yourself :) What i did these last 2 days was not right for me and im very aware. I post on here for help not shitty "see someone" advice. Thank you.
