There won't be many that don't put on weight. It's a good incentive to get back on track when you do x 

You’ve done so well all this time cut yourself some slack and don’t let it get out of control start again after the New Year after all your in it for the long hall 

It's less than a lb in 2 weeks... if you have been "bad" you've been better than you think. Easily back off again 

You done so well and it’s hard to stay on track with so much temptation around you at work but you managed it so don’t beat yourself up over such a little gain there won’t be many people on this site that won’t put on a few pounds over Christmas myself included but we just get it back off after the new year in time for that summer body 😉 don’t let it rule your life Yasmine your a long way from when you first ever started but you need to let your hair down sometimes 👍 

Thanks guys. I think I worked myself up for breaking the 70kgs :( I'll definitely be good after! 

Know how you feel hoping to get below 80kg ! Been developing new menu at work so lots of tasting plus making xmas puds, Christmas cake and mince pies which all needed sampling of course ;) !! Plus my best mate down visiting from Scotland, so out on the beers and eating out. Didn't bother with weigh in last week as it was a lost cause !! Start again tomorrow. 

I agree with all the others. cut yourself some slack then get back to it after Christmas 😊
