Well, I didn't expect to lose another lb. today, but I will certainly take that! YAY! :D))))) I had a busy day yesterday & didn't really have a chance to be tempted until about 8:30pm last night. It's been a while since I have been hungry @ that time of the day, but if anything had been within my reach - I would have eaten it! Thank God, I made it thru!!!!
I did get 25 min. of walking outside @ work yesterday. It was a beautiful day & today will be also! I have to get some exercise in today between studying for a class @ work, doing some housework & going to hubby's softball game tonight! Guess it will be another busy day!
