I'm not sure if you've heard of this, but I've heard success stories that involve getting people off their medicines - including insulin. Watch the documentary called Forks over Knives, and get the cookbook for it. I've recently gotten the cookbook, and will be trying out some recipes, but it will help you lose a lot of weight quickly and almost effortlessly if you switch to the diet. Just at least watch the documentary! It's on Netflix I believe, and it's worth it!
