FINALLY, A WEIGHT LOSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tell you, when you are almost 62, that metabolism just wants to crawl. I have noticed that when I have "sitting down" work to do, I want to do it standing up just to burn a few extra calories. Today I am going to eat less, eat better, walk on the stairs or outside some, and smile more.
