my scales arw wrong weighed in doctors and boots. so down but starting today i can do this
98,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 28,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

you can! your loses have been right just not your starting weight. don't worry about it!

Nothing to worry about. 4lbs vs naked morning weight is easily accounted for by clothes and any food/drinks in your body (1l of water = 2.2lb remember). Keep at it!

I agree with @jeanniefoxy. You’ll probably find you weigh the same at home if you weighed in at the same with the same clothes on. Don’t be disheartened! 😘

Yeah had coffee before went. Im so down i cant face looking in mirror. Buying looser clothes to hide myself and stopped wearkng make up i know have let myself go but so determind to get back to it this time xx

I've always had trouble with scales and different readings. I just put them on the floor and drew round them so I can put them back exactly as they were. At least even if the weight is wrong then it's consistent and then I just use the mirror too. Don't be too disheartened it's how you feel too.
