I went to my yearly thyroid and medical checkup. Results came out steady and normal. They’re not lowering my dosage but they’re not raising it which has always been a problem in my past. I’ve lost 35 pounds from the last time they saw me and they were so impressed! First time in a long time I wasn’t nervous going to a doctors appointment. Total of 66 pounds lost and I pray I never turn back! #ketolifestyle

You are doing so well. That is a wonderful weight loss and I am sure you are finding it much easier to do many things that were once hard -- going up and down stairs, picking things up off the floor, etc!
