SO FREAKING EXCITED!!!! Hopefully fasting until saturday. i'm so glad i got re-motivated!!! i totally give motivation cred to all of you!!! thank you all!

Wow! All time low? I have been able to hold on to my weight loss when I break my fast by going <20 carbs a day during the following two days with intense exercise. Otherwise I will usually gain 2-3 pounds. Good luck!
