Well I guess staying the same is OK - nearly 3 months now!

I have not felt motivated at all but I guess only to be expected. The nasty bout of bronchitis in July/August took its toll only to be followed by shingles in September which has left me quite fatigued.

I am hoping our week away to Kefalonia will be the tonic I need to recharge my batteries. Hope to come home with a more positive attitude 🤨 and hopefully not too many extra lbs. 🤭

Not having very much to lose slows you down too. Perhaps your body wants to stay at this weight.

Mini could be right - this is your right weight. It sounds like you’ve been through the wringer health-wise too. Let’s hope your holiday helps get your mojo back.
