Ken d berry...goood Thursday morning..even though it seems like Friday for some reason...seen the name on chesgreens journal yesterday I thought..so had to check into it..listened to him most of yesterday when I was on breaks..interesting...

Just did a 10.5 mile in 43 min...on zwift..nice enough to ride outside..but just haven’t talked myself into outside rides yet...

Breakfast time once again...not really hungry...but need to breakfast...

Hey Mike. Someone who commented on my journal has this in their Bio. You listening to it is peaking my interest. I will have to check it out for sure now. Get outside Mike. Nothing like the fresh air. I haven't run in about 5 or 6 weeks but I walk outside almost every day during lunch.
