Not a big drop, but steady she goes. Yes, indeed! I feel great, and am grateful for another lower number. I can see myself becoming!! Great way to begin my weekend!!

Come on, it's a great drop! Steady and down. I use to loose 2-3 pounds-week when I was dieting, almost fasting. Now I loose 1 pound a week and I'm allright with that. Feels like my body can adjust to that and I feel so much better. I'm not going to diet anymore, to painful, to uncomfortable. You're doing just fantastic, and please do feel good about yourself ;-)

YES! I second that, it IS a great drop! Two pounds is two pounds! No need for modesty :) Look at your line graph. It looks fantastic. Don't forget that even maintaining, rather than going back up is a huge accomplishment. You are on a roll - mind, body and spirit - and I am so happy for you.
