I’m really happy my baby is trying to get her weight under control. I’ve been very wary about trying to force her into anything. She’s sensitive, but I know I’ve done her a disservice by being too nice. She needs to lose a good 50 pounds. I’m so thankful that Keto has worked so well for me and has inspired my daughter to give it a go. I’ve been paying for her gym membership for about 6 months now. She’s never gone. I’m hoping she’ll start that too...

maybe ask her to keep you company to ward off all the guys. I don't know if that would work with your daughter but it is an idea. I know it would work with my son, he is kind of protective.

@CrashtestDawnie - No excuse! :) :) Your health comes first! Please take care of yourself. You know you will do your best at work. You can't help it! :) This is what I try to do at my work, but, I WILL not be able to be perfect. I WILL fail at some things. Some deadlines will be missed. I have to accept this.
