Awe well thank you! Although I’m shocked to see a gain because I’ve eaten so strict all week then that was the least of my worries today!! Crazy crazy! But I’m just going to try and rest and relax now and start fresh tomorrow!

Sorry you had a bad day :/. As for the gain don’t sweat it. Easier said ham done I know! Lol. It could be a number of things though. You may need to go to the bathroom, muscle gain, water weight etc. For awhile now I’ve lost and gained the same few pounds. It irritates me but just like yours, it’ll work out!

Well breyers makes a low carb Version of chocolate icecream that’s amazing!! Made with Splenda but they’re are better choices like halo top creamery brand ice creams that are protein icecream but more expensive ! And no not the whole tub I just did half a cup that was 80 calories and 9 carbs total!! Lol

Your welcome! I’ve been asked that before... if it’s a stranger then I have a little fun and go along with it. If someone I know I just say I’ve gained a bit or I’m bloated ;). They are either embarrassed and never ask again or occasionally a friend would comment along the lines of ‘bloated today? I was so bloated yesterday! Remind me not to eat (whatever it was she had eaten)’. Don’t let it bother you if you can. Make it into something positive if at all possible.

I think that’s the first time I’ve heard ‘yay I am having my time of the month!’ Lol. Well except once from a friend who thought she was pregnant lol. At least now you know and you’ll drop back down again in a few days ;).
